    IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

    We have launched a new LMS, simplified certifications, and an improved StarrPASS experience. You will be able to enjoy access to all of your courses, resources, and certifications with a single login. You will continue to have access to your Moodle courses and certificates in this system until December 31, 2024. We encourage you to complete your training in Moodle before then. If you are unable to do that, please reach out to our team at info@starr.org and they will be happy to assist you. We're here to ensure that your learning experience remains uninterrupted during this change.

    RETURNING USERS:

    To log into your account, please enter your username (i.e., email address) and password in the top-right corner of this page, and select the green arrow button.


    FIRST-TIME USERS:

    If this is your first time accessing your new learning account, you will need to reset your password prior to your first login. To complete this process, please:

    1. Select this active link (or the "Forgotten username or password?" hyperlink in the upper right-hand corner of this page) - once selected, a new window will open
    2. Under the "Search by email address" header, enter your email address and select the green "search" button 
    3. Complete the directions as noted   


    If you DO NOT receive the automated password reset email, please check your spam box or promotions folder.  If your email address is through a school or organization, please contact your IT department/administrator to ensure all starr.org emails are whitelisted. If you continue to experience difficulty with completing this process, please contact a Starr Customer Care Associate by emailing info@starr.org and we will be happy to help!


    Once your password has been updated and you have successfully logged in to your account, your learning content (e.g., courses, virtual training resource pages, exams, and/or programs) will be displayed under the “My courses” section below or within your navigation tab. To open the navigation tab, please click the small, blue tab with the three white lines in the upper-left corner of this page.

Big News! Learning Platform Upgrades and Simplified Certifications are Here

We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to announce that our Starr online learning platform has been upgraded to enhance your experience!

Here’s What’s New:

· One account for everything: Access all your courses, resources, and certifications with a single login.

· Simplified certification packages: One simple package for each of our certification programs, offering everything you need in one place.

· Updated pricing: Our products have adjusted pricing to reflect the enhanced features and value.

To ease the transition, we want to emphasize that nothing changes for the courses you have already started in our previous learning platform. You can continue using the existing platform to complete your courses and download certificates as needed. You will have full access to the current system until December 31, 2024, after which the new system will take over completely. We're here to ensure that your learning experience remains uninterrupted during this change.
